BouncePoint is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on helping women build long, sustainable careers in technology—whether they’re advancing, changing roles, or returning after time away.
Women earn just 25% of tech degrees and leave the field at significantly higher rates than men, often due to workplace cultures that limit growth, visibility, and opportunity. BouncePoint exists to change that.
We support women by strengthening skills, building connections, and encouraging women to support and promote one another—because career progress should be earned through experience, performance, and results.
BouncePoint isn’t here to fix women. We’re here to back them, expand their options, and help them stay, rise, and lead in tech.
