Belinda Yax

Belinda Yax is the Founder and Executive Director of BouncePoint, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women build sustainable careers in technology.

Her global journey—from Australia to Sweden to the United States—has shaped her broad perspective on leadership, workplace culture, and the value of long-term career support for women in tech. She now lives and works in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Belinda is passionate about building relationships that drive growth—for both organizations and the women they employ. Her work is grounded in a clear insight: while many initiatives focus on getting women into tech, far fewer focus on helping them stay. BouncePoint fills that gap by working directly with companies to improve workplace culture, provide tailored training, and offer re-entry programs that ensure women can restart, grow, and lead in their careers.

She leads BouncePoint with a strategic, people-first mindset and a strong belief in practical solutions that create lasting impact. Under her leadership, the organization is gaining national recognition as a trusted partner in solving tech's retention problem.

Outside of BouncePoint, Belinda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, working on her golf game, and painting—her favorite creative outlet.

She feels privileged to lead this work and invites others to join her in building a future where more women in tech don’t just enter the field—but stay, thrive, and lead.
