Janet Nawrocki

Janet Nawrocki is a dedicated community leader and seasoned professional with a diverse background in education, operations management, and nonprofit engagement. Semi-retired from Awecomm, Janet currently serves on the company’s Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance and drawing from her extensive experience in organizational operations.

Prior to her role at Awecomm, Janet held the position of Vice President of Operations at APAC Paper & Packaging, where she played a key role in streamlining business processes and supporting company growth. Her professional journey also includes time in public education, having worked with Dearborn Public Schools, further reflecting her commitment to lifelong

learning and service.

Janet holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University and remains an active and engaged member of her community. She sits on the Board of Directors for Northville Tree Champions, supports environmental efforts as a participant in local garlic mustard pull events, and serves as an Election Inspector for the City of Northville.

Her passion for horticulture and conservation is evident in her volunteer work as a garden assistant at the Detroit Zoo and her membership in both the Northville Garden Club and 100 Women Who Care, an organization dedicated to collective philanthropy.

Janet Nawrocki continues to make meaningful contributions through her leadership, volunteerism, and commitment to enriching the communities she serves.
